Project Title : LIFE SKILLS EMPOWERMENT CENTRE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
OBJECTIVES :
To address the special needs of SouthAfrican citizens including foreign nationals with disabilities and promoting non-discriminatory access to social services.
Protecting refugees and asylum seekers living with disabilities from xenophobia threats through provision of shelter service in Lenasia , in the South of johannesburg.
holding HIV/Aids awareness campaign in migrant refugee communities.
Provision of Mobility equipment to South African citizen and refugees with disabilities.
Support refugees children disabilities education.
ACTIVITIES
selection of beneficiaries to be trained.
Purchase of training equipments
launch of training at the centre
Repair of wheelchairs that belongs to beneficiaries .
Handing cellphones tools for repairs to trainees .
providing transport means to and from the centre to trainees.
