#RHINO REFUGEE RESPONSE EDUCATION SECTOR WORKING GROUP - (RRR-ESWG)

Community Empowerment Network_CENET participated in Education sector working group meeting on 15/April/2026 Organized by the Lead Education partner in Rhino Refugee settlement, Office of the Prime minister-OPM and UNHCR.

Partners, schools administrators and local stakeholders joint the meeting and it is from that meeting that Education sector in Rhino is faces with alot of Challenges right from Early childhood development-ECD centers, Primary schools and Secondary schools among other levels particularly this years due to reduced funding issues and transitioning of humanitarian Agencies from Refugee response due to donor funding cutts.

Refugees are expressing alot of needs. As 60% of refugee children are out off school as of now..
