Capitalizing each meeting in order to present the situation of refugees in Kinshasa-DRC

Refugees feel marginalized, abandoned, discriminated and abused in various ways by some people in the host communities in Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic of Congo. This forced many refugees to live in hide; the strategy is simple " You must hide your identity so that no one may notice that you are a refugee". This is what we want to address.

We have now started by Actors of the Civil Society, this picture was taken on Thursday April 8th, 2026 during the meeting with Human Rights Defenders Monitoring Team where we went and convinced them to include refugees in their activities. We now need to work closely with them some issues about refugees may appear publicly through the United Nations Human Rights Offices in Kinshasa.
