Community ActionAid Education CBO

Meet Bhany Kalang Ngok, CVS Cohort IV (2024) alumnus and South Sudanese refugee who has lived in Kakuma Refugee Camp for 15 years. His journey embodies resilience and opportunity. Through the Community Vitality Solutions (CVS) Medical and First Aid program, Bhany transformed his passion for healthcare into professional expertise. The certificate he earned in 2024 opened the door to his career with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) at Ammusait General Hospital.

Today, Bhany serves both refugee and host communities in the Laboratory Department, applying skills in biochemistry, haematology, blood transfusion, and phlebotomy.

We invite partners, donors, and well‑wishers to support the CVS First Aid Training Program in Kakuma, empowering more refugees like Bhany to gain life‑saving skills and bring hope where it is needed most. Read more: https://communityvitalitysolutions.org/blog
