Digital Innovators League Africa

Beneficiaries will be selected based on residency in the target villages, age eligibility, level of economic vulnerability, interest in livelihood improvement, and commitment to participate fully in project activities. The selection process will be conducted in collaboration with community leaders to ensure transparency and fairness. NB: the project targets adolescent youth who dropped out of school because of economic hardships and the community leaders know them well.
