Bringing Hope and Livelihood Support to Displaced Families.
This week, Program Manager, Fanny, is on the ground in Kasheke, near Bukavu in Eastern DRC, providing livelihood support to forcibly displaced families with children under five years old who continue to face the devastating impacts of conflict and the ongoing Ebola outbreak.
As violence and health emergencies continue to disrupt lives across the region, many families are struggling to meet their most basic needs. Women and young children remain among the most vulnerable, facing food insecurity, loss of income, and limited access to opportunities that can help them rebuild their lives.
Through our livelihood program, families are receiving practical support to strengthen their resilience, restore their sources of income, and improve their ability to care for their children with dignity and hope.
