? OHID Monitoring Visit – Tuungane Group, Ntenungi C

The OHID team visited Tuungane Group to monitor their vegetable project, which is showing excellent progress. The initiative is helping members gain practical farming skills that they are replicating on their own farms, improving food availability for their families.

Besides enhancing household nutrition, the project generates income through vegetable sales. Members have set a goal of using the proceeds to purchase a goat or sheep, strengthening their livelihoods and building long-term resilience.

This success reflects the power of skills development, collective action, and community-led self-reliance.
