Refugee Coalition for Climate Action's small garden is making a real difference.

Households of RCCA volunteers no longer buy vegetables from the market. We grow a variety of them.

Community members come to buy fresh vegetables.

We have learned that agroforestry can restore land faster. We planted 300 trees on this site; they are easier to maintain because they are watered alongside the crops.

The most important part is learning and adapting. Young people are experimenting, improving techniques, and finding ways to make vegetable production effective and productive
