3.0 Education Program Outcomes 3.1 English Language Course (April – September 2025) Safe Environmental Organisation (SEO) is pleased to report the successful completion of the Six-Month English Language Course, which was implemented from April to September 2025. The project was community-based, designed to enhance English language proficiency among learners from both refugee and host communities in Dadaab. The course provided participants with essential communication and literacy skills that contribute to improved education outcomes and employability. Implementation was led by the second cohort of 2025, under the coordination of SEO, with the generous funding and partnership support of Cohere Charity Organisation. A total of 150 learners successfully completed the program, participating in regular classes, practical language activities, and assessments. The project also incorporated community engagement and peer-learning strategies to promote inclusivity and sustainability.
