Tomorrow Vijana, in partnership with Opportunity International, successfully participated in a 3-day Group Dynamics Training in Mbarara. The training brought together 44 participants both refugees and host community members with one major goal: empowering our Community Support Agents (CSAs) to better support Savings Groups under the Seed of Self-Reliance Project. Key topics covered: • Group formation & leadership • Roles and responsibilities of members • Conflict resolution strategies • Effective record-keeping & accountability Our CSAs gained deeper insight into how savings groups operate, tackled common challenges, and sharpened skills to strengthen teamwork and leadership. By the end of the training, participants were equipped to: - Guide groups through different growth stages - Strengthen governance and unity - Promote financial discipline & sustainability
