Art and Unity for Vulnerable Development
MUSIC INSTRUMENT EDUCATION PROGRAM – STUDENT HIGHLIGHT
Art and Unity for Vulnerable Development (AUVD) proudly celebrates students in our Music Instrument Education Program in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya. We create a safe and supportive space where young people express themselves through creative arts, supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Many students face trauma, stress, and difficult living conditions. Through music, they are able to express emotions, heal, build confidence, and restore hope.
Through consistent training, students are developing strong skills in rhythm, technique, coordination, and performance. The program nurtures talent, discipline, creativity, and confidence.
Our students continue to show remarkable progress, using music as a tool for expression, healing, and positive change in their community. We are proud of their resilience as they grow into skilled musicians and future ambassadors of peace and unity.
