Art and Unity for Vulnerable Development
Help Us Build a Safe Space for Refugee Children and Youth
We uses music and arts to support the mental health, emotional well-being, and development of children and youth in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya.
Thanks to generous supporters, we have received musical instruments and equipment that allow us to provide music lessons, vocal training, and creative learning opportunities. However, we face a major challenge: we do not have land or a permanent space for our programs.
Most of our activities take place under trees or in borrowed spaces. During rain, extreme heat, or strong winds, lessons are disrupted, limiting opportunities for young people eager to learn and grow. This affects consistency, safety, and the quality of education we can provide.
We are seeking support to secure land and establish a permanent community music center where children and youth can safely learn, create, and thrive.
