#YTT GENDER EQUALITY EDUCATION

At Community Empowerment Network -cenet in collaboration with YTT we Offical Launch the COHORT-3 of our YTT gender equality and prevention of GBV in EDEN Refugee settlement Uganda.

The interventions Targeted Learners in all the eight-8 schools in Eden zone (Eden primary, Grace primary, Nehemaih primary, Eden secondary, Eden 6 ECD, Eden 1 ECD, Eden 2 ECD, Eden 4 ECD) and community change makers in each village of Eden zone who conduct Community Dailogues for prevention of GBV in the community.

As we concluded the Training last week, immediately the YTT teachers and community Change makers started conducting sessions at schools and in the community. What a powerful and Transformation methodology through Arts of Drawing which targets schools learners and parents.

The aims of the project: Focus in promotion of Gender equality for Boy and Girl child. and empowering the parents to equally value the children including Children with Disabilities.
