GEESI DHI conducted a community awareness outreach and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to strengthen Ebola prevention and preparedness. Community members were educated on Ebola symptoms, transmission, prevention measures, and the importance of promptly reporting suspected cases to health facilities. Participants actively engaged in discussions, sharing their knowledge, concerns, and beliefs while receiving accurate information to address misconceptions. The activity promoted good hygiene practices, increased awareness, and empowered community members to take proactive steps in preventing the spread of Ebola and protecting public health.
