Women Refugees Leading Change

Strong women are building stronger communities.

Through the FARM Project funded by UNHCR:

?94 women received farming tools, seeds, and agribusiness training
? Women now make up 70% of core beneficiaries
? Many women are earning income for the first time in years

These women are no longer waiting for aid they are producing food, supporting their families, and leading agricultural cooperatives.

Miriam, 29 year female refugee shared:
"I no longer depend only on aid. I grow food, feed my children, and sell the surplus."
