Monthly performance review at Root of Generations (ROG) – Budi Chukudum

Today, our ROG field office team came together for a powerful staff meeting. We reviewed our monthly performance, tackled challenges head-on, and realigned with our mission.

? Key achievements this month:

✅ 120 households received farming inputs – boosting food security

✅ 2 successful peace dialogues between local grazing communities

✅ Strengthened child protection and livelihood support systems

We also identified areas to improve – like road access affecting supply chains and adult literacy attendance – and set clear action points with deadlines.

? Our commitment: better data, stronger coordination with local authorities, and transparent teamwork.
