Solidarity Initiative For Refugees

What a way to close the week! ???? In Kakuma, where refugees survive on less than $2 a day, economic opportunities are scarce—especially for young women. Many are left without access to the resources needed to break this cycle of poverty. At Solidarity Initiative for Refugees (SIR), we’re tackling this head-on by providing digital skills training, mentorship, and job linkages. Our goal is simple: equip refugee girls with the tools they need to participate in the digital economy and take control of their futures. This week, the impact of that work was clear. Our girls earned an average of ????,???????????????????????? ???????????? ????????????—with none taking home less than ????????????????????????! That’s more than a source of income; it’s a pathway to independence, dignity, and lasting change. When we invest in refugee girls/women, we unlock potential, elevate communities, and create real hope for a brighter future. hashtag#DigitalInclusion hashtag#WomenEmpowerment hashtag#Localization hashtag#RefugeeLeadership
