Bright Future Consortium For Disabled Children (BFCFDC) Grassroots organizations know better their community and how best to assist children with disabilities in a sustainable way. The Scalable Community-Led Learning through Play for Refugee Children Project funded by LEGO Foundation through COHERE seeks to Improve Learning and social inclusion for children with disabilities both in the refugee settlements and host communities. Today Four Refugee-led organizations namely YETA, Bondeko, Tomorrow Vijana and I CAN South Sudan and one Host led specialist organization, the 3 stars had an online reflection meeting on the project After identifying and engaging Children With Disabilities i.e Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Hydrocephalus, and Microcephalus for play activities. YETA was able to reflect on lessons learnt, experience, best practices, achievements, relevance of play and learn activities for children with disabilities, coordination with education sector at local level, and future plans going forward. This reflection was very important platform for sharing what worked and is working well in other locations for continuous improvement of the project among the consortium partners.
