Mission StatementAt Changemakers Women Empowerment Organisation, our mission is to empower women from all backgrounds — including refugees, immigrants, and local women — by creating opportunities for growth, self-reliance, and leadership. We are committed to building an inclusive and supportive environment where every woman feels valued, respected, and equipped to reach her full potential. Through skills development, mentorship, advocacy, and community-driven initiatives, we work to break barriers that limit women’s progress and promote equality, dignity, and economic independence.We strongly stand against all forms of discrimination, including the mistreatment and abuse of foreigners in any country. We believe that every woman, regardless of her origin, deserves safety, respect, and equal opportunities. This enables women to create sustainable livelihoods and achieve long-term financial independence.We aim to enhance access to education and skills development by offering training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities that help women grow, gain confidence, and adapt to changing economic environments. We focus on building both personal and professional development.We are committed to promoting social inclusion and integration by creating safe and welcoming spaces where refugees, immigrants, and local women can connect, collaborate, and support one another. We encourage cultural exchange, mutual respect, and a shared sense of belonging.Changemakers actively works to oppose discrimination and protect the rights of foreign nationals, advocating for fair treatment and equal opportunities.
