DZALEKA HOME BASED CARE
DZALEKA HOME BASED CARE (HBC) is a Registered Community Based Organization (CBO) since February 2016, recognized by the office of the Camp Administrator. Formal Registration was granted by the DOWA DISTRICT Council in 2019 under registration number MKA 024. Our Organization aims to support people living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic Diseases such as Tuberculosis, Cancer, Asthma, Sickle cell, Diabetes and Stroke through psychosocial, palliative, Clinic and nursing support.
Additionally, we provide Educational and social Support to children orphaned by AIDS.
Our mission is to promote the provision of psychosocial, palliative, clinic and nursing support to individuals infected and affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic Diseases in Dzaleka community health system.
Our vision Statement is
To envision a community where individuals living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic Diseases receive holistic care and support, enabling them to live healthy and fulfilling lives.
