About Grace of Light for Orphans GLO

Grace of Light for Orphans (GLO) is a non-profit organisation that is registered with the Social Welfare Department of Dowa District. We are committed to improving the lives of women and vulnerable children, including those who are orphaned and those who are connected to the street. We believe every child deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Our team consists of passionate individuals, including social workers, educators, healthcare professionals, and volunteers, all united by the common goal of providing hope, love, and support to those who need it most. Our Mission The mission of Grace of Light for Orphans is to provide holistic care and support to orphans, women, and the most vulnerable children. We are committed to meeting their fundamental needs including food, shelter, clothing, and medical care while also offering access to quality education, emotional support, and life skills training. Through a nurturing and compassionate environment, we aim to empower every child to grow into a self-reliant, responsible, and contributing member of society. Our mission is to restore hope, create opportunities, and build brighter futures for those who need it most. Our Vision At Grace of Light for Orphans, we envision a world where every orphaned child is embraced with love, empowered through education, and inspired with hope. We strive to be a beacon of compassion and a catalyst for positive change, ensuring that every child we serve grows into a confident, self-reliant, and contributing member of society. Our vision is a future where no child is left behind where kindness, opportunity, and hope light the way for every child to thrive.
