Heaven community pathway is a Refugee Led Organization emerged in 2023 from the collective vision and determination of urban refugees and asylum seekers residing in Rubaga Division, Kampala District, Uganda. Born from shared struggles and aspirations, HCP represents the power of community-driven solutions to address the complex challenges faced by displaced populations.Formally registered with the Uganda NGO Bureau in 2025, HCP has grown from a grassroots initiative into a recognized force for positive change. Our founders understood firsthand the barriers refugees face: language obstacles, limited access to education, lack of marketable skills, and systemic exclusion from economic opportunities.The organization now serves diverse individuals across Kampala, providing a comprehensive range of activities that encompass lifelong learning and sustainable livelihoods, fostering resilience and self-reliance within communities.
