About HODARI FOUNDATION

HODARI Foundation is a refugee-led organisation fostering a culture of empowerment, for refugees to enjoy an equitable life, free from poverty, food insecurity and adaptive to climate change. Our ultimate goal is to break the cycle of gender inequality, discrimination, poverty, food insecurity, and the adverse impacts of climate change in order to positively transform the lives of vulnerable refugees. We deploy innovative theories of change and a human-centered design approach to support the independence, resilience and empowerment of refugee women and children through agricultural programs, educational initiatives and enterprise development. Together, we’re fostering empowerment, equality, and well-being for all.
