Hope For All Humanity (HAH) is a refugee-led, youth-driven organization empowering vulnerable communities in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya, and the Nuba Mountains of Sudan. We promote health education, entrepreneurship, climate resilience, peacebuilding, education, and women and youth empowerment. Through community-led initiatives, skills training, awareness campaigns, and sustainable livelihoods, we equip people with the knowledge and opportunities to build healthier, more resilient, and self-reliant communities while advancing dignity, inclusion, and long-term social impact.
