Lift Community-Based Organization (Lift CBO) is a refugee-led nonprofit based in Kenya’s Kakuma Refugee Camp. We empower marginalized youth and host community members by providing vocational, digital, and technical skills training to foster self-reliance and entrepreneurship, we lead environmental conservation efforts through mass tree planting and promote sustainable livelihoods via solar-powered farming. Our impact centers on creating economic opportunities, enhancing food security, and driving positive, long-term social change.
