ORGANIZATION OF CULTURAL, RECREATIONAL, AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN
The MWT association organizes a cultural or recreational activity each week (48 in total) for the 150 children it serves, divided into four subgroups according to their age: • 6 to 10 years old (1 group), • 11 to 14 years old (2 groups), • 15 to 17 years old (1 group). The children are supervised by two social workers and divided into groups of 37 to 38 children each. Each group participates in 12 activities (one per month). The activities include: • Educational games, • Traditional dances, • General knowledge competitions, • Thematic skits with messages about peace, solidarity, mutual aid, or reconstruction. This age-based structuring creates a safe environment that fosters the rebuilding of social connections and integration into healthy peer groups, helping children overcome their post-traumatic psychological isolation. To promote social inclusion, self-confidence, and overall well-being,
