Mundeke Christian School (MCS) is a community -based initiative founded to provide free, quality, and holistic education to refugee and vulnerable children living in urban and peri-urban areas of Kampala and Wakiso District, Uganda. We believe that education is the foundation for dignity, peace, and self-reliance especially for children from families affected by conflict, displacement, and poverty. Our approach is not limited to academics; we combine education, psychosocial support, life skills training, and livelihood development for parents and caregivers to promote family stability and community resilience. Our work is guided by compassion, integrity, and a strong sense of social responsibility to serve refugees, single mothers, unemployed youth, and other vulnerable groups who are often forgotten in urban areas
