Skills and Climate Concern Initiative (SACCI) is an independent, Community Based Organization and non-profitable social organization established by a group of like-minded youths with experiences in different sectors to promote youth capacity development/empowerment through skilling both hands on and cognitive, climate change action so as to develop social innovative solutions for sustained livelihoods. We are registered with District Community Development Office as a non-for-profit community-based organization with the certificate registration number is 630, SACCI is involved in different areas of work such as professionalism, inspirations, skills training, education, health, research, environment & Climate Change, talent development, livelihood, women empowerment and Socioeconomic Advancement, linkages/networking, production among others, targeting out of school and in school adolescents, youths, teenage mothers, women and marginalized communities. SACCI intends to achieve its objectives through capacity building and advocacy. we skill and promote innovation among vulnerable/marginalized youths and communities, develop professionalism, create opportunities to enable them take initiative & be capable of taking charge of their growth through result-oriented research & programmes. SACCI aspires to improve the living conditions of the poor and marginalized groups by adopting strategies through community initiative, research, advocacy, partnerships, participation, sensitization, training, post training opportunities/linkages and centralized innovation hub. 2.1 Mission To Contribute to the global skilling and climate change goals from the local context through providing both hands on and soft skills to address root causes of problems in marginalized communities. 2.2 Aim A transformed, innovative and self-sustained co-creating society.
