Within Rwamwanja, ADIT-FU managed to train on High Impact and Unlashed Incubator Program in partnership with Team Spirit International (TSI) in September 2024 in collaboration with other stakeholders as facilitators and co-facilitators. Among the 35 participants (21females/14 males— 29 refugees and 6 nationals) that managed to fully attend the 4 days and received their completion certificate. Here was the content of the Training: Personal Development, Impact driven Entrepreneurship, Co-founder Matching, Design Thinking, Prototyping and Testing, Ecosystem establishment, Pitching and presentation, Marketing, Local Business Legal Framework, GBV Prevention and Importance of Mental Health for Entrepreneurs, Business plan and Record Keeping.
