Agri-Club Description Agri-club is a programme initiated by AVDA after graduating from Agribusiness for youth employment project implemented by AFID within Rwamwanja refugee settlement, and it is being implemented at schools within Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement. The aim of programme is to help vulnerable or poor students (60 direct) from 4 location schools to utilize farming during free times and supplement to the affordability of their educational costs. The programme contains two main components including: Farming as business sessions Financial Inclusion: VSLA and financial literacy sessions The programme targets students in difficult situation or incapacity to afford their school fees or education costs. It is being implemented at four schools and directly reach 60 students, 15 per location; and indirectly 240 students will benefit knowledge and coaching.
