RESDA AFRICA is implementing a dual-impact project for refugee communities, combining sustainable tower garden farming and tailoring skilling. The tower gardens focus on vertical farming to maximize small spaces, providing refugees with fresh, nutritious produce while promoting food security and self-reliance. Simultaneously, the tailoring initiative equips women and youth with essential sewing skills, empowering them to generate income and foster economic independence. This integrated approach addresses both immediate nutritional needs and long-term livelihood development. By enhancing agricultural innovation and vocational skills, RESDA AFRICA aims to create self-sustaining communities, reduce dependency, and improve the overall well-being of vulnerable refugee populations.
