About Mondiant Initiative

We are refugee led organization, formed to invest in providing support services that empower, educate and engage refugees. We are creating pathways to self-sufficiency through education and vocation training through the lens in-country workforce development and community building. One of our key pillars of Mondiant Initiative is to give our students is leadership Development training, the tools to contribute to the world around them. Most of our students have had experiences far-and beyond what a western society would consider " Traumatic" Mondiant Initiative provides wrap-around services. Giving students social support in addition to their educational training will make them the next generation leaders of Africa
