Strengthen the capacity of existing community structures including leaders to prevent and respond to conflicts, Child protection risks, Gender Based Violence (GBV) and disasters for sustainable self-reliant and peaceful co-existing communities. 2. Strengthen Women leadership and participation in decision making at all levels to advance the women leadership participation agenda.
