However, the outcomes was determined by economic expansion, a link amongst learning and average income levels, a crucial means to address value for money, factor for beneficiaries’ due diligence to social life interactions, an economic support and a checking balance on civil inequalities. Moreover, it provided a positive rise on causal link running across a quality of learning to village level for economic growth and beneficiaries thereafter attaching better growth for pay-off and improved girl child education in Turkana West Sub county. Ultimately, quality learning provided basic skills for laying foundation to acquisition of services sought out by investors, institutions and or for self-indulgence. The program was apparent and beyond human source plans, it’ was a great equalizer for conditions and a balance-wheel for social technology to girl –child education.
