Through the Better Learning for Children Program (BLCP), I implemented initiatives to reduce dropout rates among children aged 4-8 years in underprivileged communities. The project focused on providing focused tutoring, essential classroom supplies, and engaging educational activities to boost academic performance. We also enhanced inclusivity by training teachers and offering special education programs. To support children's emotional and social development, we introduced therapy, peer support, and extracurricular activities. Additionally, we engaged parents and the community through workshops and volunteer opportunities to foster a supportive environment for continuous learning.
