At Inspire for Change Initiative in Kakuma Refugee Camp, we provide training and mentorship to community members, including youth, parents, and leaders such as block leaders, zonal chairmen, security personnel, teachers, and health workers. Our goal is to educate and create awareness about climate change, environmental conservation, hygiene, and sanitation. We focus on tree planting, and the reuse, recycling, and upcycling of plastics to mitigate climate change. By empowering these community members, we foster a collaborative effort to address environmental challenges and promote sustainable practices within the camp.
