I implemented a digital technology project aimed at equipping youth and women with practical ICT skills for employment and entrepreneurship. The project trained 50 participants in basic computer applications, internet use, digital content creation, and online safety. Sessions were hands-on, covering Microsoft Office, email communication, graphic design tools, and responsible social media use. Participants also learned how to use digital platforms for job searching and small business marketing. We provided mentorship and practical assignments to strengthen their confidence and creativity. As a result, beneficiaries improved their digital literacy, accessed online opportunities, and began using technology to generate income and share positive community messages.
