Community Building & Empowerment

At the Youth Empowerment and Talent Center, I led a community-building and empowerment project focused on equipping young people with practical skills and leadership confidence. The project involved organizing talent development workshops in areas such as communication, entrepreneurship, and creative arts, alongside mentorship sessions with local professionals. We created safe spaces for dialogue, teamwork, and peer learning, encouraging youth to identify community challenges and co-design solutions. Through outreach activities, training sessions, and collaborative projects, participants strengthened their self-confidence, discovered their talents, and became actively engaged in community initiatives, fostering long-term youth participation and social impact.
