Advocacy & Campaigns

Youth Voices Community (YVC) plays an active role within the Refugee Access to Work and Inclusion Eastern Africa (RAWI–EA) coalition, contributing to the advancement of refugee economic inclusion in Kenya. As a refugee-led organization, YVC has been instrumental in mobilizing other refugee-led organizations (RLOs) to join and strengthen the coalition platform. YVC hosted the April 2026 monthly coordination meeting, reflecting its growing leadership and ownership within the coalition. Through our advocacy work spanning access to justice, family reunification, and protection of refugee rights, YVC brings a community-rooted perspective that grounds the coalition's policy and systemic advocacy efforts in lived refugee experiences.
