  5. One new donor has joined the existing donors, called Learning Equality.

  • Importance of a MEAL Officer: There is a critical need for a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) officer to effectively manage the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework as well as the Theory of Change. This role is essential for tracking the project's progress and measuring its impact in relation to its objectives.

  • Development of a MEAL Software: It is necessary for YIDA to develop a comprehensive MEAL software solution. This tool would facilitate the tracking of all YIDA Youth Initiative activities, streamlining the reporting process to various donors. By implementing such a software system, we can enhance transparency, improve data accuracy, and ensure timely reporting, ultimately leading to more effective project management and donor engagement.
