Voice for Equity – Raising Stars Football Program

Today, Voice for Equity is nurturing the next generation of African football stars through its Raising Stars Football Program. Leading the attacking line are Kalos, Kuti, Deng, Mabior, and Kuku, young talents showing great promise, determination, and passion for the game.

Inspired by football legends such as Sadio Mané and Achraf Hakimi, these young players are developing their skills, teamwork, and discipline with the dream of reaching the highest levels of football.

Child Safety and Emergency Preparedness Statement

Voice for Equity is committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and child-friendly environment through a strong emergency preparedness and child safeguarding framework. The centre is equipped with a fully accessible first aid response system to provide immediate assistance in case of injuries or medical emergencies.

Staff are trained in basic emergency response and incident stabilisation to ensure quick and effective action when needed. Guided by principles of duty of care, risk mitigation, and child protection standards, the institution prioritises the safety and well-being of every child at all times.

Facilitators from KI4BLI presented the impactful “Tucheze Tustawi Project,” a community-based initiative that empowers mothers with practical knowledge and creative skills to support the development of their children through play, interaction, and creativity. The project strengthens positive parenting, enhances mother–child bonding, and promotes supportive home environments that foster children’s confidence, social skills, emotional well-being, and overall development.

Through participatory and creative engagement approaches, the initiative equips mothers to become active agents in nurturing, guiding, and shaping their children while contributing to stronger families and resilient communities.
