Voice for Equity – Raising Stars Football Program

Today, Voice for Equity is nurturing the next generation of African football stars through its Raising Stars Football Program. Leading the attacking line are Kalos, Kuti, Deng, Mabior, and Kuku, young talents showing great promise, determination, and passion for the game.

Inspired by football legends such as Sadio Mané and Achraf Hakimi, these young players are developing their skills, teamwork, and discipline with the dream of reaching the highest levels of football.

At Voice for Equity, we believe that no talent should be left undiscovered or wasted. Through football, we are creating opportunities, building confidence, and shaping future champions both on and off the field.

This week, Voice for Equity was honored to host Christopher from SPEAK for a courtesy visit that strengthened our shared commitment to community empowerment and meaningful collaboration.

The visit was especially significant as Christopher reflected on his journey as a former #COHERE Volunteer and expressed great joy in witnessing how COHERE has grown to become a key donor supporting the work of Voice for Equity. His experience highlighted the lasting impact of partnerships built on shared purpose and vision.

Christopher engaged in a productive and inspiring discussion with Ajabna Hassan Kuku, CEO of Voice for Equity. Their exchange focused on strengthening collaboration, advancing social inclusion, and enhancing community-driven development initiatives.

We sincerely appreciate Christopher for taking time to visit and for his continued support and encouragement. His visit reaffirmed our commitment to empowering communities and creating lasting positive change.

Today, children aged 4–6 years participated in fun outdoor games that encouraged teamwork, sharing, and cooperation.

Through play, they learned to express their feelings, communicate with friends, and show kindness and respect to others.

The activities helped build confidence, strengthen friendships, and support their social and emotional growth in a joyful learning environment.
