One notable project is our Wellness Program at the Dzaleka refugee camp, which aim to empower refugees through yoga, sports, and mindfulness activities. This initiative provides a safe space for participants to enhance their physical and mental well-being, fostering resilience and community connections. We also offere yoga and mindfulness programs in Dzaleka community schools, integrating these practices into the daily lives of children and families and organizing an annual 5K run/walk. The positive feedback from participants highlights the impact on their overall quality of life, reinforcing our commitment to supporting their journeys.
