Comfort Centre led the Good Deeds Day Benue State 2026 outreach on April 1, 2026, at the Agan IDP Camp under the theme, “Promoting Hygiene and Nutrition Awareness Among Internally Displaced Persons in Benue State to Enhance Community Resilience.” The project focused on improving the wellbeing of vulnerable groups, especially breastfeeding mothers and children under five, through hygiene and nutrition education. The intervention reached 70 breastfeeding mothers and 400 children through sensitization sessions, practical demonstrations, and community engagement activities. Beneficiaries learned proper hygiene practices and nutritious meal preparation using locally available foods, with sessions delivered in English and Tiv to ensure inclusivity and effective communication.
