Our "Building Bridge" project (formerly "Transformative Play") focuses on enhancing children's education through social and emotional learning. Implemented in Kakuma Refugee Camp, it engaged children with the age of 4-10. We use play-based methods to develop cognitive, emotional, and peace-building skills. The project also involved community leaders, parents, and teachers to create a supportive learning environment for the children. By building strong community support and focusing on inclusive education, the project helped foster a sense of agency and emotional resilience in the children, contributing to a more inclusive and peaceful society within the refugee camp.
