We train refugee youth in entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and digital literacy to support them in starting new business initiatives, expanding existing businesses, and improving their employability. Through these programs, we aim to empower young people with practical knowledge and skills that promote self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods within the refugee and host communities. So far, we have trained 25 youth in Kakuma 1 (Hong Kong area) and 15 youth in Kakuma 2, Zone 1, and Block 7 and currently we are doing it in kakuma 3 z1. We plan to continue expanding these trainings to reach more young people and strengthen economic opportunities in the community through collaboration and networking.
