Lamuka Innovation Center's High Impact and Incubation Program in the youth empowerment sector focuses on equipping young refugees and host community members with essential skills to foster innovation and entrepreneurship. During the program, participants aged 18 to 35 receive tailored training in business development, technical skills, and creativity. The program supports youth-led startup groups with mentorship and seed capital, enabling them to prototype and launch sustainable business ideas. By empowering youth with practical skills and entrepreneurship tools, the initiative fosters self-reliance, reduces unemployment, and promotes economic growth within Nakivale Refugee Settlement.
