The Digital Bridges for Inclusion and Empowerment (DBIE) project aims to reduce the digital divide among refugees and host communities in Sardauna LGA, Taraba State, by expanding access to digital skills, tools, and opportunities. Implemented through the Refugee Empowerment and Resource Centre (RERC) Gembu, the project will establish a community digital hub, deliver digital literacy and employability training, and support technology-enabled livelihoods. The project aligns with UNHCR digital inclusion priorities and contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 4, 8, 9, 10, and 17).
