Having constructed a store room for the teaching and learning facilities, meeting with parents and graduating the first cohort, we were able to reach 73 students now.

As one of the team member, one of the most important lessons I have learnt i this project is the importance of flexibility. In order to successfully implement a project of this scale, it is essential to be able to adjust to the changing needs of the students. No two learners are the same and there may be time when certain activity may not be suitable for a particular group. Addition to that, the importance of collaboration. This project requires a lot of collaboration between different people, including facilitators, parents, administrators and stakeholders. Therefore, it is important to work with all those team in order to ensure that all of the elements of the project are in place and that the overall gaol is achieved. Moreover, clear communication is also an important lesson that i have learnt. It is essential to be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in order to ensure everyone in on the same page and that the project is running smoothly. This requires patience, empathy and an understanding of the needs of all involved. In conclusion, working on this project has taught me many important lessons of life and of professional development in an organisation.
