KAKUMA BEE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE Kakuma Bee is a Social Enterprise founded in 2019 at Kakuma and legalized as an Agricultural Business under the registration of societies and companies, led by Refugee and Host community Youths, major activity based on APICULTURE, HORTICULTURAL practices, and AFFORESTATION. and Education, for adults, youths and children We have been working to maximize our revenues by value addition of bee products by fabricating shoe polish, candles, soap, and varnish while benefitting society by funding social activities in the community, encouraging youth to pursue green ENTREPRENEURSHIP.

Our Community and beneficiaries

We represent the refugee and host communities. Since 2019, we have assisted 427 beneficiaries in sewing and embroidery training. Currently, we have 598 beneficiaries including women, youth, and children in the sectors of agribusiness, sewing and embroidery training, and education for children.
