Training of youth and women in various soft skills such as financial literacy, business training and equipping the targeted beneficiaries with startup kits leading to increased knowledge and uptake of sound financial practices including digital skills. This is done by conducting focused training sessions on multiple topics through digital clinics and this includes entrepreneurship, digital marketing, customer care, bookkeeping, risk management, e-commerce and compliance. We also include collaboration with financial service providers (FSPs) to provide practical guidance on what is needed to increase access to loans.
